Just finished watching - as a piece of advertising for the Wing Chun society it was great! The first form video will also be useful for practise outside of lessons. I'm not entirely sure how it might be useful overall to a practising student, though. Still, I liked it!

yer the aim of the dvd was to give people an idea of what wing chun at the uni was about. We were going to put more forms on (the other 2) but its best if people just focus on the first one for a while. also its has some basic wing chun theory on it but its mostly to show what wing chun is the sort of stuff we do and how you canuse your wing chun, because our instructor has many purly instructional DVD's about wing chun we wanted something different.

Think of it not so much as a training video, more of an introduction to Wing Chun...

ye no point us trying to do a real training dvd, seeing as you could jus get a good one off sifu; and learn from a master rather than from some chumps. I thought the dvd was just right, and think you guys did a good job! NICEONE111!
