Theres a groundwork "self-defence style" ju-jitsu seminar im going to on saturday. The dude running it is a very good martial artist (7th dan jujitsu + lots of other schizzle) and lots of the techniques will not be sport based but self defenced based. Might be worth taking a look if your interested.
