Ad mabee u can help me with this one; how do u get power into a jumping beshaggy(duno how to spell it?)/roundkick.
if i snap my hips into it and drive through i loose balance is that coz im sh ite? Or do u not use jump beshaggy/round kicks?
I guess its a matter of practice but can u give any advice?
(also how did u get on at the TKD nationals?)

Hips mainly and with the jump if you can time it. I guess its just practice, but without a target to hit it is obviously harder to keep you balance, as in reality youd be putting all your energy into your opponent and Newtons third law would keep you up. Il show ya nxt time i see ya

*B I T C H A G I* - translates as angled kick i think. Think of it as a half roundhouse if that makes sense. Where a roundhouse comes in perpendicular to the target the bit-chagi comes in more like 45 degreesish. Used for smashing ribs mainly, and i guess heads if you can jump high enough.
You can jump with it to both retreat and cover or too just generate more power. Try not to think of it so much as a jump when retreating but more of a "slip" as its alot faster and generally better.
