hello. im thinking of moving to lancaster in the summer of next year. i am currently a uclan student (boo hiss) lol. i wonder if any one can answer a few questions for me. is the training open to non lancaster uni student members? does the training run though the summer holidays? Id like to come once a week untill i move, is that enough? im also reaching the grand old age of 31 is anyone else in the club as ancient as me? can you wear suitable shoes while training? reading the website it sounds like you all have a good social life which would come in handy for me as ill be new to the area. i did try wing chun briefly and loved it (it was one of master kwoks students that taught me). it would be great to find a well run club and get to a decent level thanks

Heya, Training is only on during Uni term time, so it starts up again in October, I think. I haven't trained at the University club myself, but I'm planning to when it starts up again this year, and I'm pretty certain it's open to non-students (not a student there myself, though might be). Lancaster is awesome *nod* not in the least bit biased here....

No probs. Heh, yes, but do you know a block that works if you can't get outta the way, hee. ;D I might be, oh, I dunno...cemented to the road or something. It's surprising the sorts of messes I can get into
