I can see from your pictures that you guys have been to China. And on top of that Si Gung (Master Kwok) was your guide (Amazing! ). I am thinking of a sightseeing trip with the missus and was wondering if you guys could give me an idea of where to stay, what to see, how long would be good to go for and how much to pay. Any pointers would be much appreciated as i'm on a budget.

Are you thinking of just visiting Hong Kong, or lots of places?
If i was you id forget the sightseeing and just go train at the wing chun athletic association (where ip chun and ip ching teach) everyday!

or do both, flights with oasis hong kong £270 up (return) accomerdation standard £10-30 per person per night. Caratis bianci lodge is quite cheap i think. Food dirt cheap - full mean = £2-5 (mc'y D's is about £2 i think) Transport is good and uber cheap 50p - £2 for a lot of tube tickets.
