Hello all, Just recovering from my Monday session of Chi Sau with Sifu Kwok in Blackpool (Victoria Church). Very interesting seminar type session tonight covering punch energy & form theory which was very informative, must take more notes on these occasion's (I forget so much in my old age!) Great website by the way, I'll be back! Bob - www.woodenmen.co.uk (of a different sort!)

Hello all, Just recovering from my Monday session of Chi Sau with Sifu Kwok in Blackpool (Victoria Church). Great website by the way, I'll be back! Bob - www.woodenmen.co.uk (of a different sort!) Kewl, I have been lucky enough to involved in a couple of seminars with Master Kwok myself. But have found them both to be a very bizarre learning experience. Very informative on the whole, but on a more personal level it was a profound experience which has had me pondering the meaning and implications of his actions for some time. In the brief moments that i have trained with him I think i have learned more by him not saying a word and leaving me thinking 'what the f**k just happened' 'why did he do that?' than i would of with a thousand words. It definately gave me food for thought if that was the reason or not.

Yeah, he definitely has a very distinctive method of teaching, which I think some people have trouble getting used to, but there is absolutely no doubting the results he gets.
