Hello all,
My name's Cat (obviously) and although I'm not a member of your club I was wondering if I could come along to see what you do? You see, I'm the women's officer at LUSU and I want to run a women-only session for self-defence soon. I don't know anything at all about this but I've been looking around and you guys seem like what I am looking for. I just wanna do something like 2 1-hour sessions as a one-off learn the basics session.
If you guys can help that'd be great.
My email address is su-womens@lancaster.ac.uk
Kind regards, Cat

Just to add to that, Wing Chun is a great martial art for women to learn as it doesn't rely on being bigger and stronger than the person your fighting. It use some very basic, but ultra-effective principles to create a very reliable system, of self defence.
