ill try and upload some more photos of me and ad showing TKD some wing chun self defence, was a good day think everyone enjoyed it. Sadly the camra bateries ran out before i did the knife and bat defence, but at least we got a few photos, Ad if you have any upload them here or send me them and ill upload them.
P.s. well done to TKD for doing the full 24hours to raise money for charity
