Found this good site for exercise ideas, if you ignor the gross pictures at the start and just click on the part you wanna train it has all sorts of good ideas, and many dont require any equiptment. for improving punching and striking power tricep exercises (and back exercises) are good and for kicking all the leg musscles are usefull. I found it helped me, but remember to train speed and cardio vascular exercise (running swimming etc) as well or you might end up like the guy on the fromt page who prob cant punch his way out of a wet papper bag www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm
