Wow. Parts of this bring back memories. Just a few sessions ago at karate we covered lots of different ways of catching kicks and takedowns from that, along with the fingers in the eye (or just the threat of) and turn the head (or break the neck if you really want) in karate.

Goes to show-I can remember something. if it involves violence and pain. ;D
