Crazy woman but addresses it pretty spot on including the mind block/shock of a sudden attack... I think we should definately try encourage more girls to come to wing chun. Are we doing many womens self defense classes this year?

Christ, she's mental. Interestingly though, she was talking about about the "switch theory" we were discussing on here a while back, about being able to just go from passive to defensive in a matter of seconds. That definitely seems to be a key point when talking about real self defence.

As a side note, anyone know where I can find a good video on how to defend myself against gays?
