Their chi sau looks like a mating ritual haha. And then he follows in with his super speed slaps to the chest while his student just stands there.  |

i'm quite interested to know why he doesn't appear to use much wing chun in his attacks. true it's fast, but surely he could employ his speed better than slapping peoples shoulders and chests - if he's able to open up gaps like that, what's wrong with a good old chain punch to the face?
at 1:17 he even throws in a right hook. i mean, for a youtube video dedicated to wing chun, it'd be nice to actually see some. he throws in some quite good kop-jarns, but the whole slapping the shoulders is completely superfluous, and he could go straight in with the elbow instead of attacking non-centreline targets and wasting time and energy. i'm not even going in to his kicks to the face.
