Fight science is interesting, but I feel it's probably a little biased. The Kung Fu guy they have isn't a particularly good representation of the power you can generate in Kung Fu. They should have got Sifu Kwok to hit that gel dummy thing, and then see how hard it is....

Yeah I see what you mean. He seemed more orientated to "display" kung fu than actual real combative kung fu.

i think we should buy a crash test dummy with the money we have left over in the wing chun account... who's with me? or at least one of those things from rocky 4 that does the same job... any idea what they're called?

they're quite cool, but you have to put about 50 gallons of water in the bottom to stop them falling over every time you punch it - which makes it a little impractical since we keep all our gear in a shed a good 1/4 mile from training!!
i think we should buy dolph lundgren instead... he could carry himself to training, as well as possibly the dummy. we could even buy him some padding as well, if we were feeling generous...

ye iv got one at home james, the base takes forrrrevvvvvvvverrrrrrr to fill, whether with water or sand. And once its filled they are too heavy to move such a distance. They are cool though
