If you like this sort if thing and are interested in martial arts in general, try searching for "mind body and kick ass moves" and "fight science" on youtube. They are both good quality tv programmes about martial arts.

yer the ninjitsu mind body and kick as moves one is really good to and the qigong one is crazy and im not sure about the dim mak one any ideas people?

I've seen a similar Dim Mak video where an instructor knocks his pupil unconcious by hitting three or four pressure points, and the guy who hosted the video said he'd had it done himself, and that it was true. It's one of those things you have to experience for yourself to truly believe in.
That said, I would never have really gone in for pressure healing and acupuncture and stuff like that till Sifu did it on my knee in Majorca. That amazed me. Partly because it really genuinely did make it better, and partly because it made me realise how closed minded I can be towards things like that.
