i wouldn't go as far as to say good,
its slow - so good to learn from
but his style of wing chun is slightly differant to the ip man system of wing chun (which we practice), so you are better of learning from the DVD that the club made. (i feel bad saying that coz its me doing it on there, but the styles are different so watch both and see what u prefer and ill put up an ip man version of the for when i find it and you can dicide which you preffer)

www.wcarchive.com/html/wing-chun-movies.htmthere is an ip man first form (sil lim tao) on there and some other stufff - some good some ok and some very bad so be warned but the ip man footage is the oldest available wing chun video in existance and i have to say its the same movements as my form (though the net video is fast coz its off an old 8mm projector but i have a cleaned up version at the right speed so dont worrie if your wondering why its going so fast) also i have a version that i have edited all the movement names onto if anyone wants a copy contact me.
