Hi! I'm gona be coming down to see what goes on at your training sessions and am almost certain I'll be giving it a go anyways. Just one question about the sessions. What would typically go on in the beginner sessions; ie the format?
Cheers

The lessons are really informal. which most people really like. The lessons are really mixed but on average we will do a quick warm up, alot of punching in the air then on pads, but you will be shown how to do the wing chun punch first if you have never done it before. after that we might work on some blocks (so partner work one will do a punch and the other will do a block) then we will prob do some self defence work so dealing with attacks and grabs, then depending on the lesson work on kicks, chi sau (a strange but useful training exercise) forms (a set of movements useful for practicing blocks and strikes) amongst other things and as its not as formal as traditional martial arts like karate or TKD, so just grab people if you get stuck and we will help you out.
Hope to see you in the new year.
