Greetings Dan,
how are things going? I have managed, although not as efficiently as I hoped for, to keep training in the Siu Lim Tau.
Work and family get the better of time management sometimes where Wing Chun may not always be my workout, but at least I've managed to keep doing other things. Other training regimens such as weights, skipping-rope, stretching, calithenics, etc.
I suppose this would all change if I was actually in one of Sifu Kwok's "live-and-in-person" classes.
cie la vie...I train on, in Alaska, frozen as it is. Okay, there I did my sob story.
I can only imagine that everything is going swell for his numerous Wing Chun schools throughout England! and even Sifu Massengill's Virginia location.
regards, Eric Breiby, in frozenville- Alaska
ps: I never got around to buying Sifu Kwok's new DVD(s), as I don't know where to buy them online, and the older DVDs he sent me do fine for the Siu Lim Tau and Chum Kiu, at least.

Hi Dan, No consistent progress yet in Chum Kiu. Sifu Kwok emailed last Nov/December to say I should advance to it, which I have but still focus on the Siu Lim Tau with the usual 20 - 30 minute time frame. By then , I'm plumb-pooped sometimes.
Work, yes, that can be a real grind and taxing on the energy: it takes away time and energy from Wing Chun.
Lately I've been re-unemployed to find a better job; so I'm able to focus more on Wing Chun, ironically, but once that next job arrives, back to the usual job-WC competition.
how does Sifu Kwok do it, being that he told me he's a Head Nurse at his local hospital?
