Well I just got back from A&E. It turns out that slight crack I took on my knee last night at Tae Kwon Do was actually me fracturing the cartilage in my knee. I've been told no training for at least two weeks, and I've got to wear this huge elastic bandage round it during the day. Which sucks ass. I'll probably turn up on Sunday just to do hand stuff, and so I can at least learn things visually... But yeah, I'm highly pissed off now. No more stunt aschool for two weeks either

Yeah. I probably shouldn't have been trying to do back somersaults yesterday either. Ah well. I'll still be coming to Wing chun.

It was when we were doing that one blow sparring. I threw out a snap kick, and landed back on my foot, but as I put the weight on it, I heard and felt it crack. I ignored it at first and carried on for a bit, but then it seemed pretty obvious I'd done something bad to it, so I went and sat down. It's basically the same as what I did that time in Majorca, but worse. My knee just gave way this time. To be fair though, it was just a matter of time before it happened anyway.
